The Cobra CHIP650LE is the CHIP650L with electric start. Same 196cc Loncin engine, same 3" chipping capacity, same twin reversible blades and hinged chute — you turn a key instead of pulling a cord on a 196cc engine.
Worth the £100 if you have a shoulder or back that objects to recoil starting, or if the machine gets used in short bursts through a clearing session where repeated restarts add up. Otherwise the recoil CHIP650L does the same job.
7kg heavier than the recoil version at 99kg, accounted for by the battery and starter motor. Ear, eye and hand protection included.
