The Ariens Apex 48R is the rear-discharge version of the commercial-grade Apex 48, built for service providers and grounds teams who mow large areas regularly. Its 122 cm (48") fabricated deck and Kawasaki FR691 V-Twin engine deliver the cutting power and all-day comfort needed to keep big jobs moving.
On the 48R, clippings drop neatly between the rear wheels instead of being thrown out to the side — cleaner around paths, beds, parked cars and public areas, with less blowing-off afterwards. It is built for frequent professional use and intended for trained operators.
